So how does The English Audit work?
We will first conduct an initial evaluation. This typically requires a one day site visit in which we meet with the management, tour the facilities or in the case of a hotel or resort visit all the main facilities taking photographs and collect all relevant material. We charge a set fee for this.
We will then produce an initial report detailing any significant findings and an estimate of the cost to make the necessary corrections. Upon instructions to proceed we will then thoroughly inspect all documentation with recommendations for changes, this includes indicating which changes are urgent and those that can be dealt with over a longer period of time.
We can also offer clients a regular ‘Health Check’ which will ensure that no new errors have occurred and checking of such items as customer newsletters.
